ADM Packaging Automation is a proud supplier of Belca Flow Wrapper (shrink wrapping) machines. Built to high European and American standards, the Belca Flow Wrappers also comply to Australian AS4024 safety standards.

A flow wrapper is used to wrap individual products at high production speed along a horizontal conveyor belt. The Belca systems suit all applications, from a stand-alone wrapper for low speed hand fed applications, right through to a high speed fully automated processing and packaging line. Equipped with Inline vacuum systems these food wrapping machines are ideally suited to packaging muesli bars, lollies, biscuits, meat, fish, fruit, vegetables, snacks, bakery, dairy as well as non-food items like books and pens.

BF50 Series Flow Wrappers

The BF50 horizontal flow wrappers are built with a small footprint to occupy the minimum possible space without giving up the equipment of the larger units. Capable of high production runs the BF50 can automatically wrap any type of product with heat sealing and cold sealing materials. The below table provides for dimension reference for wrapping of solid products individually as specified in the technical sheet.

The BF Series wraps and seals each bag using rotary action cross seal jaws and bottom pinch fin seal drive system. With constant tension applied to the film and a stable film transition former and chain conveyor, each individual product will result in perfectly wrapped finished pack. BF100 Series Flow Wrappers

The BF 100 H high-end horizontal flow wrappers are designed to automatically wrap products with certain heat sealing materials.
BF 100 H mount a multi-axis electronic control that synchronizes the cross section, the rollers and the infeed, which improves the machine versatility and flexibility in product changes, as well as a good synchronism in the required movements. This leads us to obtain a high performance in this machine.

BF200 & BF300 Series Flow Wrappers

The BF Series high end horizontal flow wrappers are built to wrap up trays or similar automatically. The flow wrapper is placed in line to filling processes, and the conveyors are automatically synchoronised without the need to be manipulated by operators.

The flow wrapper has a 5 belts system electronically controlled by a PLC progressively regulating the distance between the pieces so that the synchronism is carried out at very high speed and stopping only when there is an absence of product.

SP Series Flow Wrappers

The SP Series are Asynchronous flow wrappers built in stainless steel specially designed for shrink wrapping food products. Has a retractable band in cutting area designed to processing small or irregular products. Cross-clamp is servomotor driven. A wide range of applications is available as it is design is without pushers to limit the length of the product and box motion seal drive can vary the seal length for products require further processing such as Inline Vacuum Sealing.

Various Inline Vacuum Sealing or Heat Shrink Tunnels are available to combine with the SP Series flow wrapper in plant automation and Turnkey solutions.
