ADM-X240 VFFS (small to mid size vertical wrapper)
The ADM-X240 vertical wrapper form fill and seal machine is priced to suit the budget for packaging speeds of up to 70 bags per minute as proven on site. It is equipped with well known brands such as Panasonic, Omron, Schneider, Neugart, Sick, Banner and more and local off the shelf electrical, pneumatic and bearing components.The ADM-X240 VFFS is constructed in stainless steel and fitted with the latest Panasonic PLC and HMI. The program offers many optional functions for use with the recipe to cover a range of vertical wrapper packaging applications.
The bag former are manufactured in our factory to the same standards we done for 25 years. The former is easily removable for quick changeover and adjustment without tools needed. The ADMX-240 uses a motorised rear carriage for film adjustment, positioning and tracking over the bag former.The machine is safeguarded to AS4024 standards using door guards with interlocks of dual coded non contact switches and safe torque off servo drive motors as standard.
The Panasonic servo drive motors are used to manage the film pull with precision motion control and replacing the old brake and clutch drive systems. The belt speed with acceleration control minimises damage and tracking problems that can inhibit performance at high speeds.
The end seal jaws also use the Panasonic servo motor drive technology for advanced motion control. The result is better sealing integrity and consistency with controlled torque and end seal force. It provides for higher speed and consistent cycle time per each bag.
The ADM-X240 VFFS can be upgraded for special applications that include a retro fitted zip applicator, larger than standard thermal transfer printer, valve applicator, on line bag labelling and more. The small footprint can and large flat bag size up to 240mm can means it can replace most old Vertical Form Fill and Seal machines with ease or be installed as a complete turnkey line ready to serve.
