ADM-C Series VFFS Continuous Motion
The ADM-C Series Continuous Motion Vertical Form Fill and Seal Machine is designed and manufactured in Australia at our Thomastown factory in Victoria, and supported by our team across Australia. This design showcases 30 years of experience in the flexible packaging industry. Our team of engineers has worked closely to cover all facets of design, catering to all markets from concept to completion.
The advantages of using the ADM-C Series continuous motion baggers are numerous compared to older intermittent technology. These include better tracking performance due to consistent film tensioning, improved speeds, and longer filling times coinciding with the continuous motion drawdown. The synchronized drive system enhances equipment performance and lifespan.
The ADM-C Series caters to many bag types, including pillow bags, block bottom bags, quad seal bags, zip applications, and more. The system is powered by 415V, 50Hz, and has an air consumption of 0.5 m³/min at 0.6 MPa.
The ADM-C Series offers maximum performance speeds of 200 bpm and maintains a high-capacity sealing force that can be variably controlled. The control system includes a high-speed, Ethernet-based synchronous motion network for all its servo applications to achieve high performance and reliability. Other reliable technologies used include Panasonic, Sick safety sensors, SEW drives, Omron, Phoenix electrical components, and more.
The formers manufactured by ADM are designed for lightweight, easy changeover. The vacuum drive system accurately delivers the film for continuous film repeat length. A regulated film tensioner is also used to cater to a large range of film specifications.
The ADM-C Series can be upgraded for special applications that include a retro fitted zip applicator, larger than standard thermal transfer printer, valve applicator, on line bag labelling and more. Contact us for more information.
