ADM-NR8S30 Rotary Premade Pouch Filling Machine (Simplex)
The ADM-NR8S30 is a high-performance rotary premade pouch filling machine designed for efficient filling and sealing of a wide range of products into pouch formats. Built on an 8-station rotary platform with gripper handling, the system delivers smooth pouch transfer and consistent processing from loading through to discharge.
The machine supports pouch sizes from 160–300 mm wide and up to 525 mm long, with the ability to handle both standard and zipper pouches. Operating at speeds of 30–50 pouches per minute, the ADM-NR8S30 provides reliable production output while maintaining consistent pouch presentation and seal quality.
The controlled multi-stage process includes pouch opening, forming, filling, settling, sealing and cooling, ensuring accurate filling and strong seal integrity.
