ADM-DP30 Pouch Packaging Machine
Manufactured in Australia, the ADM-DP30 packs premade pouches and the ADM-DP31 packs premade coffee gusset bags. Built locally to high Australian and international standards it utilises the latest in automation technology. Equipped with quality parts like Sick, Schneider, Panasonic, SMC and Omron, it includes an intelligent screen function for a quick bag size changeover. The ADM-DP31 has interchangeable options to include the ADM-DP30 functions. By packaging all bag styles, flat pouch, premade doy, quad seal gusset and premade coffee gusset pouch, you can produce many different presentations on the one machine and increase productivity on your production line.
ADM-DP31 Coffee Gusset Bag Packaging Machine
The ADM-DP31 premade coffee gusset bag packaging machine has a unique setup for fully opening and filling a gusset bag of coffee beans and large products such as cookies with ease. Controlled by an intelligent touch screen, it offers many functions and an extensive program for your coffee packaging needs. Simple to operate on all sizes, it also suits all material types. This includes 250g, 500g and 1kg using laminated, PET, foil, craft paper bags and many more materials.
Application
The ADM-DP30 and ADM- DP31 are designed to pack a large range of products including coffee beans, ground coffee, dairy powder, protein powder, spices, flours, oats, cereal, dry pasta, mixed lollies, beef jerky, dry pet food and treats, cookies, fine chocolates, hot chocolate powder, gourmet nuts and auto parts. These pouch packing machines cater for wide bag opening with rapid filling and settling.
Process
The bags are collated and automatically fed from the carousel to the bag pick up station. Here an option to fully print or bag labelling can be applied. As the bag passes through to the next station, a best before print is applied using thermal inkjet technology. At the next station the bag is opened and ready for filling and settling. Once complete the bag moves to the final stage ready to be sealed and conveyed for end of line packaging. The machine is designed with a quick 5 minute bag size changeover, to provide efficiency on your line. These machines are simple to operate, use the latest in suction technology and are tested on all sizes and materials. We recommend the ADM-MX2.2 (5L) 2 head linear weigher or the ADM-L1 Auger Filler to be mounted above Pouch packaging machine for optimal performance.
