Whether you are a multinational company or a private confectionery brand, ADM can customise a packaging line for your different applications and speeds. Our packaging machinery can pack both premade pouches or from a rewind film on a vertical fill form and seal (VFFS) machine. Customers who are packaging a premium or gourmet product often prefer a premade resealable pouch such as a doy pouch or a quad seal gusseted pouch, or a pillow pack or gusseted bag.

The premade pouch range includes the entry level ADM-DP30, and the higher speed linear systems: ADM -P220 and ADM-P330. The ADM-X240 Vertical fill form and seal provides a cost-effective solution that can deliver speeds of 100 bags per minute. Our high-end range VFFS machines include the washdown ADM-W400 and the continuous motion ADM-X260C which can deliver speeds of up to 180 bags per minute.

ADM can supply a full turnkey solution for a fully automated confectionery packaging line. This includes bulk product transport such as bulk bag frame, vibratory feeders, conveyors and bucket elevations. ADM also supply a range of custom weighing machines such as the linear weighers and multihead weighers fitted with custom features like teflon coating, custom feeding pans and high angle chutes. Our end of line equipment includes metal detectors and check weighers to ensure that your product weight is within specification and free of metal contamination.
