End-of Line Conveyors
ADM end-of-line conveyors provide reliable product transfer between packaging machines and final handling operations such as case packing, palletising, or manual pack-off stations. Designed to suit modern automated packaging lines, ADM conveyors ensure smooth product movement while maintaining consistent production flow.
Used widely across food processing, agribusiness, FMCG, and industrial packaging environments, ADM conveyors help prevent product build-up at the discharge of packaging machines. By transporting finished packs efficiently to the next stage of production, they allow packaging lines to operate continuously without interruption.
Manufactured using robust stainless steel construction and hygienic belt materials, ADM conveyors are designed for demanding production environments and can be configured to suit a wide range of packaging layouts. They integrate easily with VFFS machines, pouch packing machines, flow wrap systems, and Horizontal Form Fill and Seal (HFFS) equipment, forming an essential link in automated packaging operations.
The ADM End-of-Line Conveyor is designed to transport finished products from packaging machines to downstream handling processes such as product accumulation, inspection, manual packing, or palletising. Its modular construction allows the conveyor to be configured in horizontal, inclined, or combination layouts to suit specific production requirements.
Products leaving packaging machines are gently transferred onto the conveyor belt and moved at a controlled speed to the next stage of the production line. Adjustable supports allow the conveyor height and angle to be set to match upstream and downstream equipment, ensuring smooth product transfer throughout the packaging system.
Constructed from stainless steel with food-grade belt materials, ADM conveyors are built for long-term industrial use while maintaining hygienic standards required in food and FMCG manufacturing environments. Their simple, robust design ensures reliable operation while supporting efficient product flow across automated packaging lines.
