Our packaging machinery can pack both premade pouches, such as a resealable doy pouch, quad seal gusseted bag or pillow pack, or from a rewind film on a vertical fill form and seal (VFFS) machine.
ADM provides a range of packaging machinery for different applications and speeds. The premade pouch range includes the entry level ADM-DP30, and higher speed linear systems such as the ADM-P220 and ADM-P330. If you are interested in the Vertical Fill Form and Seal (VFFS) machines then the ADM-X240 provides a cost-effective solution that can deliver speeds of 100 bags per minute. Our high-end range VFFS machines include the washdown ADM-W400 and the continuous motion ADM-X260C which can deliver speeds of up to 180 bags per minute.
A full washdown system can protect against contamination, especially against allergens. Our washdown conveyors are built with an optional CIP (clean in place) system so the conveyor washes and dries itself. Sticky fruits are no problem for our teflon coated dimpled multihead weighers. This specific surface treatment resists sugar build up and improves product flow.
At ADM we engineered the Power Sieve to break up product that may clump together, such as raisins, sultanas, goji berries and crystalline ginger. We can also install antistatic devices to our film delivery system to ensure a premium looking product with a perfect seal.
