Although mainly used for the food industry, our weighers are also suited for pharmaceutical, engineering and commercial packaging applications. Built to a high standard with an IP65 rating, our weighers use high precision load cells for accurate weights. A record management screen is provided for data collection of production runs and performance. Our weighers are user-friendly, reliable and provide long-term running performance to improve productivity.

1 Head Linear Weigher
Single head linear weighers are great for entry level weighing and small production runs. They offer good weight accuracy and speeds. ADM offer both vibration type and belt drive type weighers. These weighers can work with small granula free flow to the more difficult to flow products as stated below. The weight range based on selected model can achieve weights from 40g-12,000g (12kg)
- Vibration type feeder: Ideal for free flowing, lightweight product like sugar, salt, seed, rice, milk powder, coffee and seasoning powders
- Belt drive type feeder: Ideal for diced cauliflower, broccoli, onion slices, pitted dates and other difficult to flow products.
2 Head Linear Weigher
2 Head linear weighers are suitable for medium to large production runs and offer good weight accuracy and speeds. The weigher is recommended for automatic and semi automatic applications. At ADM we regularly adapt these to our ADM-DP3 Series pouch filler with great result. The weigher is user friendly, easy to clean and very stable in performance. They are offered in both vibration type or belt drive type weighers. The weight range based on selected model can achieve weights from 40g-12,000g (12kg). Also included is the product mix function that takes up to 4 different products with the same or different weights and discharges them into one bag or jar with the required combined weight. This required mix is set up in the recipe calculated with a single discharge request.

4 Head Linear Weigher
The four head linear weighers is a favourite among many food processors for use as automatic and semi automatic applications. They offer reasonable speeds with good weight accuracy. The weigher design is small and compact and can offer a cost effective solution hen with ADM-X240 VFFS, ADM DP3 Series Pouch Filler, inline jar fillers and more. These weighers can achieve medium range speeds and the weights ranging from 3-2000g (2kg) based on the selected model. Also included is the product mix function that takes up to 4 different products with the same or different weights and discharges them into one bag or jar with the required combined weight. This required mix is set up in the recipe calculated with a single discharge request.

10 Head Combination Weigher
The Ten head combination weighers is a great choice and value for money for production plants with a big range of skews and medium runs. Speed is important but not critical. Combination weighers are best suited to weigh small to large products that linear weighers cannot achieve. They offer reasonable speeds with great weight accuracy. The weigher is bested combined with our ADM-X240 VFFS, ADM DP3 Series Pouch Filler, inline jar fillers and more.
- Vibration type feeder: Ideal for free flow of small to large products such as sugar, salt, seed, rice, milk powder, coffee, seasoning powders diced cauliflower, broccoli, onion slices, pitted dates and other difficult to flow products.
- Screw type feeder: Ideal for difficult to flow products such as diced meat, poultry, etc.
14 Head Combination Weigher
The Fourteen head combination weigher is by far the most popular scale applied to our range of packaging equipment. It is a great choice for high speed solutions and applications with large skews. The weight tolerance is accurate for small to large products being weighed. A great choice and value for money when speed, efficiency and production outputs count. The weigher is best combined with our VFFS and Pouch fillers. The combination system HMI is user friendly and hoppers can be set up manually or PID controlled. It makes light of work for semi and skilled operators day in and day out.

16 Head Combination Weigher
The Sixteen head combination weigher offers high speed weighing generally set aside for continuous motion VFFS, HFFS, or when twin packaging machines are used. The added advantage of the weigher can also operate 2 x 8 heads allowing for two different product mixes or for packing of 2 lines. The 3 bucket levels system includes the memory level bucket and springless design and results in best weight accuracy and high speed performance.

20 Head Combination Mixing Weigher
The Twenty head combination weigher is set a side for mixing and high output speeds. The weigher design is compact for space saving and large volume runs.
- Vibratory type feeder: Mix up to 2 different product as a single dump
32 Head Combination Mixing Weigher
The 32 head combination weigher can mix 2 and up to 8 different products and each can be set to various weights. For accurate weight blending result the 32 head weighers eliminate the use of blenders and reduces product damage. Weighing several products in one dump can save on production costs and minimum product waste ratios. Controlling individual vibration pans and weigh heads will result in best performance when mixing products like free flow seeds to semi flow dried fruits
