Rotary Table
ADM end-of-line turntables provide a simple and reliable solution for accumulating packaged products at the end of a production line. Designed to receive finished packs from bagging, pouch packing, flow wrap, or other packaging machines, the turntable gently rotates products toward operators for easy collection, inspection, packing, or further processing.
Used widely across food, agriculture, FMCG, and industrial packaging environments, ADM turntables help maintain continuous production flow by preventing product build-up at the discharge of packaging machines. Their rotating accumulation surface allows operators to efficiently remove finished packs while the packaging line continues to run.
Constructed from hygienic stainless steel and designed for demanding production environments, ADM end-of-line turntables are commonly integrated with VFFS machines, pouch packing machines, flow wrap machines, and Horizontal Form Fill and Seal systems, providing a practical and cost-effective finishing point for automated packaging lines.
The ADM End-of-Line Turntable is designed to collect and accumulate finished products leaving packaging machines. Its rotating stainless steel surface allows packaged items to gently circulate around the table, enabling operators to easily remove products for inspection, boxing, or further handling without interrupting production flow.
The turntable is driven by a compact motor system mounted beneath the table and can be adjusted to match the discharge height of upstream packaging equipment. Adjustable speed control allows the rotation rate to be tuned to suit different product types and production speeds.
Mounted on a stable frame with heavy-duty castors, the turntable can be easily positioned alongside packaging lines or relocated within the production area when required. Its simple, robust construction ensures dependable operation while maintaining hygienic standards suitable for food and industrial packaging environments.
