The ADM-NRCSP-10T is a fully automatic rotary system designed for filling and capping top spouted pouches across a wide range of liquid and semi-liquid applications. The machine utilises a multi-station indexing platform with twin gripper stations for secure pouch handling, ensuring stable transfer from pouch loading through to final discharge.
Pouches are fed automatically from a high-capacity magazine (up to 400 pouches) and transferred through a controlled sequence of operations including feeding, coding, filling and capping. The cam-driven system ensures precise synchronisation between stations, delivering consistent performance and repeatable accuracy at production speeds of up to 36 pouches per minute, depending on product and pouch configuration.
The filling system can be configured to suit different product viscosities, enabling accurate dosing of liquids such as beverages, dairy products, sauces and other flowable products.
