The ADM-NR-S is a rotary premade pouch packaging machine designed for high-speed filling and sealing of both dry and liquid products. Its rotary layout allows multiple stations to operate simultaneously, enabling efficient pouch handling while maintaining a compact machine footprint suitable for space-constrained production environments.

Premade pouches are automatically fed into the rotary carousel, where each pouch is gripped once at a single, elevated point and retained throughout the filling and sealing process. This method improves pouch stability, reduces handling complexity, and minimises the risk of product interference in the gripper or seal areas—particularly important for liquid and dusty applications.

For dry filling, the ADM-NR-S integrates easily with multihead weighers, auger fillers, or volumetric, allowing accurate dosing across a wide range of free-flowing and powdered products. Optional dust extraction can be incorporated to support cleaner operation when handling dusty materials.

For liquid filling, the ADM-NR-S can be configured with a strong emphasis on hygiene and washdown requirements. The machine can be built to IP65-rated standards, making it suitable for liquid foods and other applications where sanitary design and cleanability are critical.

With quick format changeovers, intuitive controls, and the ability to operate with a single operator, the ADM-NR-S can function as a standalone pouch filler or integrate seamlessly into a complete ADM turnkey packaging line, including conveying, inspection, case packing, and palletising.
